• Searching a database of reported scam phone numbers, bank accounts, and crypto wallets
• Submitting reports of suspected scams
• Viewing statistics and recent scam reports
• Country-specific scam number listings

3. User Responsibilities

Users must provide accurate information when submitting reports. Submitting false or malicious reports is prohibited and may result in IP blocking. Users must not attempt to abuse, hack, or disrupt the service.

4. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Submitting false or intentionally misleading scam reports
• Using automated tools to scrape data or submit mass reports
• Attempting to exploit vulnerabilities in the service
• Using the service for defamation or harassment purposes

5. Disclaimer

ScamGuard provides information based on user-submitted reports and automated crawling. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the data. The information should be used as one reference among many. ScamGuard and SmileStory Inc. are not liable for any damages arising from the use of this service.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and code of ScamGuard are the property of SmileStory Inc. The scam report data contributed by users is shared publicly for the benefit of fraud prevention.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
